    2. You mentioned on-site that you reserve to cancel the schedule if the minimum number of 5 enrollees per course is not met. What do you mean by this?
    Answer:
Yes. We reserve the right to cancel the schedule if the minimum number of 5 enrollees is not met. For enrollees with paid reservation, we reserve the right to transfer your schedule to one with confirmed attendees of at least 5 enrollees, or you may choose another schedule posted on the web. All enrollees with numbers less than 5 will be notified.

    3. What is your maximum number of enrollees at any given course?
    Answer:
Our maximum number of enrollees is limited to 10. The reason for the limited slots of 10 is to maximize hands-on training of the enrollees. One attendee is given one computer exclusively for his own use during the entire duration of training.

    4. I did not have any formal computer courses finished or taken. Can I enroll?
    Answer:
Yes. At ACE I.T. Solutions, the thrust is course-specific and does not require any formal computer courses as a pre-requisite. With basic knowledge of the course as minimum requirement, the approach is hands-on and does away with lecture-type classroom setting typical of other service providers. Focus is hands-on where each course is designed to meet the as-need requirement of each enrollee whether for job application abroad, advancement in a particular I.T. career, gaining add-on knowledge or expertise for use in business like internet cafe' or computer repair business, or simply building up certain level of computer competency.

    5. What makes ACE different from other service providers?
    Answer:
Compared with other service providers, ACE I.T. Learning Solutions is practical, time-sensitive, cost-efficient and globally-competitive. ACE is practical because the approach is hands-on, which to our view is a more effective tool of I.T. empowerment compared with theoretical approach. It is time-sensitive as the courses are carefully compressed mostly to a day-time or two-day training courses that do not eat up much of your valuable time. It is cost-efficient because ACE's training fee is reasonable. And the trainings are globally-competitive because ACE's pool of instructors consists of experts in their given I.T. field.

    6. How much is the training fee?
    Answer:
P1500 for 1-day training course and P2600 for a 2-day training course. We also have package training courses which cover more than 2 days. For check our website for the same or please call us at 6924611 or 12 for more details.

    7. What is included in your training fees?
    Answer:
Training fees include training certificate, handout, refreshments (one in the morning, and another in the afternoon), free flowing of coffee and software programs/utilities.

    8. Where is the training center located?

    1. Can you give us direction to go there? Do you have a location map?
