RESERVATION AND CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE:

1. Fill Up On-Line Reservation Form, or call for availability of slots;

2. If slots are available, enrollee will be notified to make 50% down payment at least 2 days before the date of schedule to be deposited to the following bank account:

3. Please email ACE of your Notice of Payment at least 2 days before the date of schedule; or call;

4. ACE reserves the right to cancel any reservation without payment of the 50% down payment; or to allot the same to other interested enrollees;

5. For Hands-on Training: If the minimum enrollees of 5 are not met, ACE reserves the right to cancel the training schedule and secure another schedule with confirmed attendees of at least 5 enrollees.

6. For Workshops and Seminars: If the minimum enrollees of 25 are not met, ACE reserves the right to cancel the seminar schedule and secure another schedule with confirmed attendees of at least 25 enrollees.
